Use any basic cheesecake recipe (kraft.com has many simply type in cheesecake in their search bar) also try cooks.com and allrecipes.com... Use splenda in place of the sugar can also use lowerfat cream cheese the fat free tastes off and is also watery . use sugar free jello and sugar free pudings for many of the recipes you will be surprised how good they are with a few simple adjustments. flavorings like vanilla or almond extract are also great and have no added calories many things can be made wiht out thecrust like cheesecake and many pies especially pumpkin .. simply spray your pan first .. apple pie without the crust is really fried apples and oh so good with a little butter, splenda and cinnamon mmmmmmm good!!
