Seasoned Nut Recipe
I use this recipe from time to time.
1 jar of dry roasted peanuts
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 -1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 TBSP oil
Place oil in a nonstick skillet, warm skillet to med low, add and nuts & seasoning, heating to medium constantly stiring until nuts are slightly toasted (about 3-5 minutes just until they begin to get nice and toasty looking, not dark brown). You may need to turn the heat back a bit at this point. Do not leave unattended as nuts will burn in a hurry. Pour onto a paper towl to cool, store in a air tight container. I usually just pour them back into the jar they came in once cool.
