Hi, My recipe is fairly simple but my family loves it and this is what I live on during the week for lunch at work. Ingredients: 2 lbs. ground turkey 2 cans red kidney beans 2 cans black beans 2 cans ro-tel tomatoes 1 large or 2 small cans Hunt's sauce. Brown out ground turkey, seasoning at this point with salt, pepper, hot chili flakes. Open, drains and rinse red kidney beans and black beans. After turkey loses pink color, add ro-tel tomatoes, then all of the drained and rinsed beans. Add Hunt's sauce and simmer for 60 minutes. Hope it helps.
