Corn
Hi....I was looking at all the recipes and stumbled across your question.
Corn Casserole
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can cream corn (white)
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon Splenda
Mix all together and put into a dish that's been sprayed with canola oil spray. (it will stick pretty bad if you don't). Bake for 45-60 minutes at 375 degrees. Stick a toothepick in the middle to make sure it doesn't come out wet.
I'm going to try a variation of this tomorrow with more egg whites and less flour to see how it turns out. It makes a nice side dish, either way.
