I am cooking all the sides for my family this year (I am just not cooking the turkey and dressing). My first time cooking Thanksgiving and I can already tell it is going to be a lot of work. I am doing everything homemade and fresh (including the pumpkin pies, cranberry sauce, and rolls). But I am looking forward to it. Unfortunaltey, I come from a southern family that can eat. So I could not be selfish and cook healthy food. They would probably ban me from cooking agian! I am sticking with the "unhealthy" food that my family loves and I will jus****ch what I eat. But below is what I am cooking. Yes, it is a lot of sides but there are a lot of people and I decided that I wanted to do more items with less quantity so there is a variety to choose from. Good luck on getting yours together. Turkey, dressing, Gravy Scalloped Corn, Cabbage Casserole (LOVE), stuffed sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, pasta salad, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, cranberry sauce, rolls Pecan pie, 2 pumpkin pies (one is low sugar for me!), and apple crisp
