Need low carb, High Protein Pancake Mix
You can just make your own really easy (trust me--I don't cook and these are easy).
Mix equal amounts cottage cheese and oatmeal - I use
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal (the real thing, not instant)
1 egg
splash of milk and vanilla extract
Be sure to blend. I use my bullet. These come out great and I split them with my S.O. When I'm feeling decadent I put sugar-free strawberry jam and a squirt of SF whipped cream and pretend I'm at Cracker Barrel
