Avocoda Salsa Ingredients 2 ripe medium California avocados, peeled, pitted and diced 1 large ripe tomato, diced ¼ Cup finely chopped red onion 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro Juice of 1 large lime ½ tsp ground cumin ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper ¼ tsp salt In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well and maintain chunky consistency. This is FANTASTIC on just some lightly seasoned grilled fish or chicken. Even broiled. Or even bake some pita chips (just cut pita bread into chip size pieces and bake) Calories 59 (46% from fat); Fat 3g (sat. 0.5g, mono 1.8g, poly 0.4g); Protein 1.1g; Carb 8.5g; Fiber 2.8g; Chol 0mg; Iron 0.5mg; Sodium 153mg; Calc 29mg.
