YUM YUM Lime Chicken

Lime Chicken (Soft stage use dark meat like boneless, skinless thigh) 6 (3oz) CHicken breasts or Thighs 2 garlic cloves (chopped 2 tablespoons Cilantro 1 1/2 Cups lime juice Pour lime juice into a container (I used zip locks). Add garlic and cilantro. Add chicken and coat well. Chill for 1 hour or overnight. Place chicken on broiler pan and broil 6 inches from heat for 7-8 min on each side. 6 servings. 1serv = Calories 160, Total Fat 3g, Sat Fat 1g, Sodium 64mg, Protein 21g, Carb 6g, Cholesterol 73mg * I actually grill mine instead of broil. I'm a grill nut.
