Favorite Fish Recipe

Dill Fillets: 1 pound Fish Fillets 3 ounces of fat free cream cheese (softened) 2 fresh lemons 1 teaspoon Dill Weed Spread softened cream cheese over one side of the fillets. Place cream cheese side up into a baking dish. Slice one lemon and place slices on fish. Squeeze the rest of the 2nd lemon onto the fish. Sprinkle the dill over the fish. Cover with foil and bake in the over for 15 min at 400 degrees. Calories: 121 Protein: 25g Total Fat 1g Saturated Fat 0g Carbohydrate 3g Cholesterol 52mg Sodium 218mg

By the way. I like to cheat on this one. For a couple of changes - I like to get some "Light Chive and Onion" Cream cheese OR "Light Sun Dried Tomatoe Cream Cheese" to add a little difference.
