Favorite Fish Recipe
Dill Fillets:
1 pound Fish Fillets
3 ounces of fat free cream cheese (softened)
2 fresh lemons
1 teaspoon Dill Weed
Spread softened cream cheese over one side of the fillets. Place cream cheese side up into a baking dish. Slice one lemon and place slices on fish. Squeeze the rest of the 2nd lemon onto the fish. Sprinkle the dill over the fish. Cover with foil and bake in the over for 15 min at 400 degrees.
