Easyt SF peanut butter cookies

These are so simple..........and delicious! 1 cup peanut butter(I use creamy, but it is up to you) 1/2 cup Splenda 1 egg Roll into balls.......depending on the size, you should get 16 -24 cookies. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for approximately 17 minutes at 350. Delish!!!

I've tried these 3 times and they never come out right they fall apart everytime

Lap Band on 01/15/08 with
add an extra egg and they'll stay together and be much more moist. also go for a lower heat (325) and shorter bake time (10 minutes...and watch from there) the recipe i have is 1 c peanut butter 1 c splenda 2 eggs

This is a good recipe, and to avoid it crumbling you MUST wait til it cool off. I seen this recipe somewhere else and they specifically indicated waiting til it cool off.

I tried this recipe today. It made 23 cookies in all with the balls the size I made them. I could only eat 2 though. Thanks for posting this. Thanks to you, I had desert too (albeit not with the meal like everyone else, but later on)!
