Tex-Mex Soup
1 pound lean ground turkey meat
1 pkg reduced sodium taco season
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
1 can (15 oz) black beans drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
1 can eachnothern beans and pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (16 oz) beef broth
1 can (14 oz) tomatoes with chilies
1 can (14 oz) stewed tomatoes
Brown turkey and drain. In a large pot add dry mixes, beans, meat, broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
