Oh girl I am eating some right now. 1 carton 99% Fat Free Beef Stock 1 small head cabbage 1 small onion 3 small potatoes Coo****ill tender add: one small can corn, green beans, peas, carrots, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, I toss in a little pasta to soak up some of the broth. salt pepper and garlic to taste. finish cooking I eat a bowl and put up the rest in a container and eat it all week I have been eating this for 2 months now and am not tired of it yet. Lea Ann p.s. if there is something you don't like don't put it in and add what you do like. I add a few cracker and hot sauce.

my favorite is really easy. 1 bottle of hot and spicy V8 juice whatever frozen veggies you prefer simmer until hot and bubbly. I usually serve with some tiny ground beef or chicken meatballs for extra protein and flavor, but it is excellent without too.
