Quick and Easy Lunch
I was playing around in the kitchen and thought I'd try something, and it was YUMMY.
1 10inch whole wheat low carb tortilla
1 slice provolone cheese
5 slices salami (pre packaged)
and spicy brown mustard.
I put the cheese on the tortilla, then the salami an then mustard. Roll it up and throw it in the microwave for 35 seconds!! yummy
Total: 260 Calories, 16 Fat, 13 Carbs, 14 Protein, 8 Fiber.
