Kiwi Salad
Here is a recipe I got from Meijer... I do it without the dressing because I'm allergic to poppyseeds but it's pretty good.
Kiwi Salad
4 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into eighths
2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned and cut in two
Bottled low-calorie poppyseed dressing
Toss fruits together. Serve with poppyseed dressing. To dress it up, add sliced strawberries.
Serves 6.
