Awsome Oatmeal

Make a serving of regular oatmeal (quick cook type). Once cooked, add 1/2 - 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (mine is Vanilla Praline). To this I add a dash of cinnamon and a few raisins or some chopped apple for chew factor. Boosts your protein intake and it tastes really good!
