Crockpot Cabbage
1 head cabbage (rough shredded)
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes, drained, reserving liquid
salt
pepper
2 Tbsp flour
brown beef, onions and peppers. Drain well and rinse away any visible fat. Place in the bottom of a crockpot. Place cabbageo n top of meat. Place tomatoes on top of cabbage. To reserved liquid, add flour and wisk well. add salt and pepper totaste. Pour this over tomatoes. Cook 8-9 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high ****il cabbage is done). Stir well and serve.
This is very good, reminds me of stuffed cabage. No rice and half the work!
