Mexican Chicken
1 pk Boneless Skinlles Chicken Strips (or breast cut into strips)
1/2 -1 package of Taco Seasoning (dry) I use 1/2 pk, just depends on your taste
1/2 c Colby Jack Cheese
Salsa (your favorite brand I like TGI Fridays Medium)
Pre-heat George Forman Grill (you may also bake these in the oven). While grill is preheating, place chicken in a siploc bag. Sprinkle dr seasoning over chicken and shake to coat well. Place chicken on grill and coo****il temder. As soon as chicken comes off the grill, top with a sprinkle of Colby Jack. Just before serving, top each strip with a teaspoon of your favorite salsa.
