Orange Roughy

Anyone have a good receipe for orange roughy? I'm 2 weeks out and ready to start eating soft protiens and I bought a bunch of orange roughy and would like help preparing it. Thanks Jeff

Hello. The only way I have had orange roughy(yum) is with melting some butter and adding some white wine worcestershire sauce apx 2 TLS each and brushing it over the fillets put under the broiler cook 3 minutes flip brush and cook 3 minutes should be done and nice and flaky, Good eatin' Jean
