One of my favorites is pulled pork - the best thing to use is a Boston Butt or a pork shoulder. Boneless ribs can be substituted if that is all your store has. Put in teh crock pot with 1/2 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce, 1 c apple juice and some salt, pepper, garlic & onion powders. Cook all day on low stirring when you are near by. When it is donw it will start to shread on its own. The more you stir the finer it gets. I love it by its self hubby likes to make a sandwich out of it on nice soft potato rolls. Enjoy!

Here's an easy one Roast (whatever is on sale pork or beef) 1 pkg dry ranch mix 1 pkg of dry italian dressing mix 1 pkg of brown gravy Mix 3 packages together. Dump over roast. Pour in 1 cup of water. Cook on Low all day. YUM. PS - You can add whatever veggies you want.
