1 8oz cream cheese (softened to room temp) 2 containers of coolwhip 1 package SF choclate sandwich cookies (crushed) Reserve two Tbsp for garnish 1 SF chocolate pudding (made according to directions on box) Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy, mix in 1 container of coolwhip with mixer until well mixed (mixture will become some what thick). Fold in crushed cookies. Place this layer int he bottom of a bowl ot dessert cups. Next top with SF Pudding, top pudding layer with coolwhip and garnish with reserved cookie crumbs. Place in frig for about 1 hour prior to serving. YUM!!! This is a very rich dessert and no one believes it is low in sugar. I made this for my birthday in place of cake and everyone loved it!!! It is so rich and creamy that a little bit is more than enough!!

Murray is a SF cookie brand that is really really good. They have all kind of flavors including Peanut Butter, Choclate Chip and even the "oreo" type sandwiches. They are the best brand I have found. You can get them from Kroger or even from Super Walmart.

I occasionally add one to my vanilla or chocolate protein shake in the blender for a cookies and cream flavor that is quite yummy
