Six-Fruit Kabobs with Strawberry Yogurt Dip

Thought I'd post this in the recipe forum too, it's such a yummy summer treat! Six-Fruit Kabobs with Strawberry Yogurt Dip DIP: 1 cup nonfat yogurt 1 cup light Mayo or Tofu Mayo 2 tablespoons Honey 1 cup strawberries KABOBS: 1 apple sliced 1 orange peeled & seperated 2 bananas peeled & sliced 2 kiwifruit sliced 6 strawberries halved 1 cup pineapple chunks Process dip ingredients in food processer/blender until smooth. Transfer to bowl cover & refridgerate til ready to serve. Thread chunks of fruit onto skewers/toothpicks/or swizzle sticks (remove pointe4d ends if serving to children (we broke off the ends of the shewers as trust me the little ones LOVE to poke with these), serve kabobs with dip. Makes/Serves 12 Per serving with 1/4 cup dip: Cal-139 Protein-2 grams Fat 7 grams Carb-17gram Chol-7mg Sodium-144mg Fiber-2 gram Hope you enjoy!
