Maka, have you already tried adding sf coffee syrups to it? In the winter I make it for my morning commute as a hot drink and the rest of the year as a blenderized milkshake. For the hot drink I use one packet of sf hot cocoa mix, one scoop powder and mix together with some cold water to make a paste and start softening it. I boil water and then turn it off while I take my shower. When I am ready to go out the door the water has cooled sufficiently that it won't make cottage cheese out of the protein (yuck...been there, done that!) and add that to my big travel mug. Then I add in a shot of whatever coffee syrup sounds good at the moment. And I have acquired a huge collection of sf syrups so it is fun to choose! For an extra decadent day I add a squirt of sf whipped cream. (but not always) For my cold milkshakes, I use a half cup of either soy milk or nonfat milk, one scoop of powder about three big handfuls of ice cubes and lately, two teaspoons of Benefiber. That's the base. From there I either add a couple of frozen banana chunks or some flavored splenda individ. packets or some sf coffee syrup. If it is a day when I need some actual caffiene...I use some frozen coffee ice cubes that I keep on hand in a zip-top bag. I keep them made up in regular and decaf and sometimes add them to my other protein flavors, too. Anyway, the whole lot goes into my big blender and I work it till it is smooth and creamy. It has been so hot here lately that I've only had the cold shakes in the morning and it starts my day really well. Sorry I can't offer any suggestions for baking anything with the Nectar powder. The few times I've tried things I didn't enjoy them that well, with the exception of protein balls but I did that with choc. protein. But I found that they are so high in calories that it was starting to throw my daily totals off so I quit. Molly
