Looking for recipes for nectar lattes cappuccino, protein pancakes, and...

I have gotten some great recipe I deas from the main board for a few things but I wanted to come to this specific forum to see what you guys have up your sleeves. I am wanting to experiment with cottage, cream and recotta cheeses. I like the pancake Idea and I am looking for some recipe variations on that. I also am wanting to make an egg nogg protein shake, peanut butter and I have Nectar cappuccino that i'm not crazy about on it's own and am looking for ideas to "jazz it up", I hope to get some good Ideas. Also feel free to throw some idea in there for Salmon as well. Thank you guys. Meka
