Jen, Where do you find Sugar Free Craisins? What brand are they? The ones I find at the grocery store jave 27g. sugar in 1/3 cup. I'd love to try them with the Special K Protein Plus. (I also love adding them to salads) Vickie J.

My favorite snack is popcorn. I buy the kernels and pop them at home(microwave popcorn has so much sodium). If you don't have a popper you can put 1/4 cup of kernels in a brown paper sack and fold over the top a couple of times and it comes out perfect(about 2 min). I spray lots of butter flavored cooking spray on it too. Only 120 calories and you get some fiber to boot! Candy

I never realized you could do that with a brown paper bag. My family goes thru a LOT of microwave popcorn. This would be MUCH cheaper. Do you put any oil or butter in the bag with it or just pop it dry?

You pop it dry. I learned this from the Weigh****chers message boards. I didn't believe it at first until I tried it myself. You just have to stand by and listen. When the popping slows, check it, it can burn rather quickly. I finally invested in a 12 dollar popper at Target because while this is compatible for self servings, not so much for family. It does come out bland so you might want to try seasonings for sure. I spray lots of butter flavored cooking spray on it and when its nice and wet with spray you can add other spices(popcorn seasoning, chili powder, garlic, etc). Personally its perfect with just the spray for me. HTH... Candy

get yourself some boiled ham, bacon, cream cheese, lipton oinon soup mix. blend the room temp cream cheese w/one packet of lipton oinon soup mix and bacon cooked crispy and crumbled all together. spread a thin layer on a piece of ham and then roll it into a roll and then cut into bite sized pieces and whalaaaaaaaa..... yummy.
