You can swirl ricotta with sugar free jelly That is pretty tasty I used to use it with veggies, sugar free tomato sauce and mozzerella cheese melted on top and it was sort of like lasagna very good i know at two weeks out it's probably difficult to try to many things with it but good luck!

I mix it with an egg and add a packet of splenda and cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Then microwave till the center is set. It kinda tastes like bread pudding without the bread. You can experiment with different kinds of flavors also. I still eat this once and a while for a treat and lotsa protien.

Scoop of ricotta cheese, spoonful of spaghetti sauce (watch for sugar, Classico is low), bit of shredded mozzarella... microwaved or broiled. ½ cup of ricotta cheese with teaspoons of sugar-free preserves (to taste) and dash of cinnamon

I do ricotta with any flavor extract that you like and a bit of splenda - my favorite is almond.Just add a little at a time - it will get strong quickly. Best of Luck! Liz

Ricotta Cheese Bake - Yum!! (kinda like the insides of lasagna) 8 oz ricotta 3-4 eggs 1/2 C mozz cheese (can mix other cheeses) 1 TBSP Parm cheese Garlic Powder Basil Salt & Pepper Put into small cassarole dish & bake at 350 for 30-45 mins or until starts to brown and crack on top. Top with warm spagetti sauce (I mix in meats into the sauce for additional protien) Enjoy!

This sounds wonderful!!!!! What stage could this be for? I got cleared for Stage 3 and I'm dying for something NOT jello or pudding. LOL And, any clue about how many proteins this would be? I'm having a horrible time getting in protein. * Cyndi *

Cyndi, I ate this during my mushies phase and it was fine. I just did not add the meats to the suace until I was closer to my full protien phase. I am not sure about the protien total, but I think when I calcuated it, it came out to be about 13-15 total per serving (about 1/8 of a 8x8 round cassarole dish).
