I use to make a cheesecake made with cottage cheese, and sugar free lemon jello, but I can't find my recipe, does anyone have that one?

I didn't find one with the lemon but I found one that calls for Jello and maybe you can just change the Jello? A Lowfat/ Low Carb Recipe 1 whole graham cracker, crushed (about 3 Tbsp.) 2/3 cup boiling water 1 - 4-serving size package sugar-free orange flavored gelatin 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 8 ounces fat free cream cheese, cubed 2 cups thawed non-fat whipped topping Optional garnishing with orange slices will add calories and carbs. Spray bottom of 8- or 9-in. springform pan or pie plate with graham cracker crumbs. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool 5 minutes. Pour into blender container. Add cheeses; cover. Blend on medium speed until well blended, occasionally scraping down side of blender container; pour into large bowl. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pan; smooth top with spatula. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Remove side of pan just before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator. Serves 8. Nutritional info per serving: 100 calories, 2 grams of Fat and 11 grams of Carbs.

I don't know the recipe you are looking for but I wanted to offer you something I have made. 1 package of cream cheese any kind is fine ff or reg 2 cups cool whip I use sugar free 1/4 cup splenda I just blend with electric mixer cream cheese and sugar, then stir in the cool whip spoon into already made pie crust. I sometimes can find the sugar free graham cracker crust but not always. I place in fridge over night. My family and friends love it. I have topped with stawberries that I slice and add splenda to over night to make them sweet and juicy. You can vary this recipe above by adding sf jello, lime or any flavor you like instead of the splenda. I have made it with lime and strawberry they come out good. the lime reminds me of a key lime pie.
