Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt
I buy the plain non fat yogurt by Dannon(or store version) and make smoothies out of it. Just measure out a cup and put it in a blender, add a serving of your favorite frozen fruit(I use cherries), and a Tablespoon of SF caramel coffee syrup and blend. OMG I have this for a snack everyday. Tastes amazing! A lot better than buying the fruit flavored yogurts. The plain FF yogurt is pretty nasty all by itself but made this way you'll never go back. Try it!

I love the dannon light and fit vanilla, which you can only get in the big containers. My family eats two a week. Here are a few of our family favorites.
Sliced banannas and strawberries
or Mango and necterine
with Dannon L&F Vanilla and quaker granola sprinkled over the top.
1 Scoop of GNC unflavored protein powder, 8 oz Dannon L&f Vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, 2 packets of the chocolate splenda "flavor packets" Put in blender with a splash of milk if you need to thin it, but this is a great tasting protein shake.
1 Scoop GNC unflavored protein powder, 8 oz yogurt, light orange juice, makes a 50/50 dream bar drink. Its yummy!
