Chicken Parmagean
Chicken breast. Place in a pan. pour ragu on each one and place mozzarella slice on top of each one. bake in oven ate 375 for 40 minutes. place in broiler for 5 minutes to brown the cheese and serve. Low carb recipe.. I add additional spices and I use my own meat spaggetti sauce. you can do the same if you still have some left over from a spagetti night but ragu works just as well.
Optional with more cals.. place chicken in milk and run through bread crumbs.. place in skillet with olive oil to brown. than do what I said in the pan. makes the chicken cruncher and more like the real stuff.. i do that for the family. I make mine the other way.. have fun.
Olives, mushrooms, and onions/chives also make the dish even better if you like them.
