I got this receipe from a freind on my local board and it was so good I thought I would share it here. I am 10 months post-op and do not like bread or crust so I have never been able to eat pizza and I have been wanted to lately. Using this method, I love it - I just try not to eat it to often. Broil low-carb tortillas on HI for 1.5 minutes on each side ****il they are very crispy) Put on no sugar/Low fat spaghetti sauce, Low fat shredded cheese (mozzerala), turkey pepproni (and whatever other ingrediants you like such as onion, peppers..etc) Put back in the over until cheese is melted. Thats it. Low Carb, Low fat individual pizza and has a good amount of protein using the cheese, turkey pepperoni and the low carb tortillas have 5 grams of protein each without the other ingrediants added. Misty, That sounds delish, now if I can just find low carb tortillias in nowhere land, lol. We make a breadless one, using ground chuck in the bottom of a casserole pan, baked till done, use that as crust. Then layer as you stated above, and cook again until cheese is melted. This is done in the oven, at like 350. And it feeds a family instead of just one. Thanks for sharing, Rhonda

Most food stores have it - Hormel Turkey Pepperoni - already sliced, prepackaged. It's good, a little spicey for me, but good!
