Mereith, first off congrats on soon becoming a member of the losers bench....for pureed foods I would put anything in my Magic Bullet...(I cannot live with out that still) I made chili for my family and pureed it to the point it was the consistancy of baby food....I have a bunch of crockpot recipies that if you put them in the blender after they are done cooking would be awsome....send me a message if you want me to send you the recipies the file is very big and would slow stuff down on here.... Hi Jannine. I would like some of your crock pot receipes. I do not need pureed because I am 10 months post op but I am trying to find new things to cook and new foods to eat because I am getting tired of the same ol same ol. I took down some of the crock pot receipes from this board and I am trying three of them this week. I am learning a whole new appreciation for the crock pot. I have never used it much in the past but want to. So, please email me some receipes if you don't mind. Thanks! My Personal emails is [email protected] Misty

I would love your crockpot recipes. I'm currently on the clear liquid (starting Full liquids tomorrow) and soon to be on the soft foods. I need more variety so that I won't get bored. I refuse to go back to the old way. You can email them to me at [email protected]. Thanks! You are awesome!! Laura

I can't take credit for these - I copied them from somewhere Deviled egg salad: 1-2 hard boiled eggs, low fat mayonnaise, low fat vegetable cream cheese. Mush well with fork. Must be moist. Noodle-less lasagna: Part skim ricotta cheese, ragu, low fat mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Microwave 1 minute. Burrito-less burrito: Refried beans, taco sauce or smooth salsa, low fat cheddar cheese. Microwave 1 minute. Top with tablespoon of low fat sour cream. I also liked Cambells chunky split pea & ham soup - into the magic bullet first of course. Congrats on your surgery! Wishing you all the best!
