Candy, do you have the nutritional value and serving size? Thanks and God bless. REMEMBER, THE LORD WILL PROVIDE.

Sorry I don't. It is a Weigh****chers Core recipe. On Core you don't count calories or serving sizes, you eat to satisfaction. On the flex plan, a serving is 2 Tablespoons and the calories would be under 50. Hope this helps, Candy

I noticed you post this question a lot. Do you know about nutritiondata.com? There's also fitday.com. Both websites are free and you can find out all the nutritional info you could possibly want on them! Some of these, like this dip recipe is for me, may be obviously out of your diet program. I just know there's no way I'd only eat 2 tablespoons! I'd end up eating my full days caloric intake... so (sadly lol) I know this is one I need to skip... but ones that you just aren't sure about you can use those websites!
