A lighter version of General Tso's chicken
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp splenda
2 Tbsp lower sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 Tsp ground ginger
2 medium scallions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced(I used the garlic in a jar)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces(I used chicken breast tenderloins because they are thinner and cook faster)
2 Tsp canola oil
In a medium bowl, wisk together broth, corn starch, splenda, soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Set aside.
Heat oil in skillet and saute scallions, garlic, and pepper flakes for about 2 min. Add chicken and cook till brown, about 5 min.
Add reserved sauce to pan and continue cooking until thickened and chicken is cooked through, about 3 min.
You can serve this alone or eat it over brown rice, my family loves it!

I got this from the weigh****chers web site as a core recipe
No sorry I don't. On the core plan of Weigh****chers you don't count calories or serving sizes, you eat to satisfaction. On the Flex plan the same recipe is 6 points for 1c of the chicken and sauce and 1/2 cup of brown rice so not counting the rice thats about 200-250 calories per cup.
Hope this helps,
Candy
