Wow You Do Exist!
Look there really is a recipe board. I have been on this site for three months and just found you! How great! I am pre-op and still waiting for a date. But, to ease the wait I am trying to gather info. I was wondering if anyone would share their very favourite absolute best-tasting Protein shake recipe. Just one. Just the best-of-the-best.

Just remember what tastes good to you now may not after surgery. I stocked up before surgery, and ended up giving it all away. There were things I would never eat before that now I can't imagine not liking. And find ones that will sell you samples, or you are stuck with alot of stuff.

I use body fortress vanilla whey(1-1.5 scoops), frozen (no sugar added of course) peaches (or sometimes berries), a tiny bit of citric acid (get from a brewing store or online) a packet of splenda, and either nonfat milk or vanilla (no sugar/splenda sweetened) soy milk. Sometimes I add some s/f jello to pump up the flavor, especially if I'm out of the citric acid. It tastes like an expensive smoothie shop smoothie.
