I am wanting to know if anyone has tried or heard of this website. The product is Bob's Red Mill. It has a lot of products that would seem beneficial for those wanting to eat healthy. I haven't ordered from the website, but that brand is carried at one of my local grocery stores. I have tried the Almond flour, ground flax meal, wheat germ, wheat bran flour... and a few others. Everything I've used is high quality and really good. Hope you find the same to be true! Best Wishes, Angela

It's carried at most major stores in my area, including the military commissary. They are great products and I happen to know there really is an old guy named "Bob" that started it. His granddaughter lives in N.Ca... Great products. I just made banana bran muffins with only 1/2c cake flour and the rest was flax meal, wheat germ, and bran. I used to do the Atkins (pre surgery) but now I allow a minimal amount of carbs if they are really whole grain, and the Bobs Red Mill IS real old fashioned milled grains. I have found that I still need just a little regular or wheat flour to hold everything together.... Good luck.
