I don't see why this wouldn't work for your pork tenderloins. Crock pot BARBECUED PORK STEAKS Serves 6 6 pork Steaks OR Chops 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups ketchup 1 1/2 cups water 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons chili Powder 2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon Accent 2 large onions, sliced very thin 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Use a 5 qt. crockpot. Place oil in crockpot and melt on HIGH. Add meat and turn to coat with fat. Season meat with mixture of last 3 ingredients. Add all other ingredients. Cook on LOW for 8-9 hrs. This one calls for ground chuck but you could cut your roast up and make it chuncks for this which I love, not sure if you can eat this or not it is for wls but not sure about the RNY if you could eat all that creamy stuff without making you sick. I sure hope so cause this is really good. Crockpot Beef Stroganoff 2 lbs. ground chuck 1 large packet dry french onion soup mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 3 c. ho****er 2 t. garlic powder 1 T. fresh cracked pepper Brown hamburger and drain add to other ingredients in the crock pot. Cook at least 6 hours. Serve over egg noodles or hot rice. Or neither for WLS post ops. SOOO creamy and wonderful flavor. Made quite a large amount. If you use stew meats you can still brown before putting in CP to seal the flavors just like a roast. I hope this helps I have tons of recipes if you want to email me I will try and send you more I am slow but sure at the emails. Good luck Marylin 314/186/150

Ah yes, my little indentured servant! I love, love, LOVE my crockpot too! Today I made Ham Frittatta in mine for tonight's dinner. You spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray and then put a layer of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot. Then, spread on a layer of cubed up pieces of ham. Add a few chopped onions, chopped green peppers, and chopped/diced tomatoes. Then a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Then do it all again once or twice (2 or 3 compiled layers--I only did 2). Then, you take 6 eggs (or 1 1/2 cups egg beaters) and 1/2 cup milk and whisk it together. This you pour in over the layered stuff. Put the lid on and cook on low for like 7 or 8 hours till done. I cooked on high for 3 and it was great. I ate the cheese, egg, ham and veggies out of my serving and only a bit of the potato shreds. My daughter loved it too. After I put mine in my dish, I melted some more shredded cheddar over it to give me a bit more protein. That gave me about 23 grams of protein in my serving. You could brown turkey sausage and use that insted of the diced ham chunks. I guess you could also use regular sausage or crumbled bacon. We had it for dinner tonight but it would also make a super weekend breakfast if you put it on to cook about Midnight the night before on the low setting... I like to look for crockpot recipes at http://www.tastycrockpotrecipes.net/ and http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes/crockpot I also suggest the SavingDinner.com menu mailer option for crock pot recipes.
