Vegetable Omelet

1/8 c chopped zucchini
1/8 c chopped green onion
1/8 c fat free cheddar

This is pretty good! But almost too much for a meal. I'm going to cut my egg beaters in half next time because it's just too much. It is good though with the crunchy zucchini and the spicy green onions.
