Recipe for easy mexican soup
1 can low sodium chicken broth
1 can no salt added corn
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can low fat refried beans (not with the cheese)
1 jar mild chunky sala (or just diced tomatoes)
1 can (9.5 oz) chicken
Mix all ingredients and heat and eat!!!
Some people add a little shredded cheese
and some crushed tortilla chips.
It was absolutely wonderful and it was ready
in like 15 minutes. My husband who doesn't
like salsa ate 2 huge bowls.

cup on the Weigh****chers meal plan.

That is great soup! I made it today with no-fat refried beans. The only thing I think I'll change next time is using some baked or boiled diced chicken breast instead of the canned. The canned chicken I bought said it was 98 percent fat-free, but it was still pretty greasy upon opening the can.
