sample menu's for meals and snacks

I am not really sure that I am eating correctly, I have been looking for some sort of sample menu's to help guide me. I am 2mo post-op and really still eat the same things from the pureed diet. I really think I need a coach or something. If anyone could help me that would be great. Thanks, Krysta

Krysta, I was the same as you at two months...still eating mostly pureed foods because I wasn't sure what to eat! I'd suggest going to the message board for those who had surgery the same month as you and asking what people are eating. Or they may have a daily menu posting already (a lot of different messageboards do....we do it on the March 2006 board). Good luck!
