Shannon I hope this is what you ment Broccoli Cauliflower Salad broccoli florets (a couple of cups) cauliflower florets (a cup or so) 3 green onions, sliced 4 slices of ready to eat bacon, crisped in the micro for 20 seconds handful of raisins lf mayo, just enough to moisten--as much as makes you happy 1 T Splenda

Basically it's the same as making a potato salad except you use cooked cauliflower instead of potatoes. Be careful to not over-cook the cauliflower though or you'll have mush.

Shannon, I hope this helps- didn't know if you wanted warm or cold salad but this is what I found. SALAD- 2lbs fresh chopped broccoli, 2lbs fresh chopped cauliflower, 1sm onion, 6slices of cooked bacion - crumbled, 1/2 c cashews (chopped, diced,etc), 1/2 c raisins- combine broccoli,cauliflower onion and dressing ina bowl and chill. before serving add bacon, cashews, and raisins. DRESSING- 1c light miracle whip, 2T vinegar, 1/2 c sugar- combine alltogether in a bowl.
