It is really easy to can just sometimes it can be expensive. You can also slice and freeze the peaches too.

You can make a good drink out of it. Pit the peaches and remove the skin. Blanching helps. Cut the peaches in to small peices and put them in the blender. Add water and splenda to taist. Strain and chill. enjoy. you can also make peach cider out of it by boiling and adding cinn and splenda
