Hello everyone...I am craving sugar free peanut butter fudge. I bought some at Boscov's in the area and it was soo good I was hoping someone had a recipe that they could share...something quick, easy and wonderful? Thank you Kathy

Here are two that I found. Hope one of them works for you. 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate 10 tablespoons fat free half-and-half 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 16 teaspoons artificial sweetener 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts In heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and half and half. Stir in peanut butter. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and artificial sweetener. Fold peanuts into fudge. Spread on a greased plate. Chill. Cut into pieces. Another one: 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup + fat-free half & half 1/2 cup reduced-fat, all natural creamy peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/3 cup artificial sugar (I like Splenda®) 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate in 1/2 cup fat-free half & half. Stir in peanut butter and stir until smooth, then remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and artificial sweetner. Fold in peanuts and spread onto non-stick 8×8 pan or dish. Refrigerate and cut into peices. JudyAnne

Melt 1/2 cup of margaine and 1/2 cup of peanut butter in a saucepan. When melted and starting to bubble, add 15 packages of splenda and 2 scoops of protein shake powder. Stir vigorously and place on a plate. Do not need to butter the plate. This stuff is delicious. You can give it different flavors using Davinci sugar free syrups and flavored powders. Sandy
