Grilled Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Rings and Grilled Veggies

Cover chicken breasts with extra spicey Mrs Dash then soak them in Lawrys brand Jerk Marinade (the bottle says with papaya) Get fresh pineapple, I get the already cored pineapple from Walmart in the pre packaged fruit, its just a tall round of pineapple, I get 5-6 slices from this. Heat your BBQ and get the coals white for cooking. Slice zuchinni lenghtwise and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper them. I grill corn on the cob for the kids. Clean the corn, rub soft butter on the cob and salt it, then roll in foil Put the Chicken, Zuch and Corn on the grill at the same time keep basting the chicken with the marinade, If the Zuch starts to char you can put down foil to protect them from flame and keep them from falling through the grate. Put the pineapple on last just before your ready to take the chicken off, baste each side of the pineapple once, you want to just warm the pineapple and char the edge a bit. Serve the pineapple on the top of the grilled chicken, veggies on the side. This is one of my family favorites.
