BLAT's with Crunchy Pea Salad

This salad is great for pot lucks. Okay the BLAT Wrap Boston / Butter Leaf Lettuce Turkey Bacon (get a microwave bacon cooking plate it will make crispy bacon in 3 min) Ripe Avacado Turkey deli Meat I serve these wraps with no mayo or mustard or anything... they avacado makes them moist enough. You can add tomato, cucumbers, or hot peppers as an alternative. Crunchy Pea Salad ( this is a big salad, you can adjust it down for just one, but I always make the big bowl because we will eat it for 2 days) 1 head of cauliflower broken into small bite size pieces, just the head not the core. 1 12 oz bag of frozen green peas. Get the name brand, it makes a difference (throw the peas in frozen) 1 handfull of diced green onion ( about 3 green onions) 1-2 handfulls of salted cashews 5 slices of crispy cooked turkey bacon (micro bake until crispy but cool before adding) Coat with light ranch dressing, just a light coating. The person I got this recipe from made it with grated cheddar cheese but I thought it got to mushy. You could try both ways.
