El Pollo Loco and beans

This is the same as the steak and beans pretty much I do this on a lazy day. If I am in the vacinity of an El Pollo Loco, I will pick up pre cooked chicken from them, and do my own beans and garnish's. If you do not have an El Pollo Loco then get a rotisserie chicken from your grocery (the alreay cooked ones) It only takes 5 min to make the garnish and beans and you have a great meal! HAHAHAHA Im a good cook but I need a break on occasion. Look at my steak and almost home made beans for the garnish and beans portion of the recipe
