Thin cut beef, with very little to no fat. I use the thin cut steak for stir fry. Marinade all day in the juice and pulp of 1 orange, 2 lemons and 2 limes. First juice the fruit add some plup back to the juice. I use an 8x8 square cake pan, sprinkle the meat with a generous amount of Mrs Dash Extra Spicey, then cover with juice and pulp.. now let it marinade all day. This recipe is for a family of 4, but is easily doubled for company. 1 can of Bush brand pinto beans 1/2 a can of rotel tomatos with juice Combine the beans and tomatos and heat in a sauce pan. They will taste like you made them from scratch! Garnish: make a platter with piles of the following 2 limes quartered 1 ripe avacado diced Onion Cilantro mix: 1 small yellow onion and 1 bunch of cilantro diced and mixed together. Now broil or BBQ the steaks once you have done the prep of the garnish because the thin meat does not take long to cook. I broil it most of the time due to weather. Serve with warm corn tortillas, put a pile of steak a few cubes of avacado then a sprinkle of the onion/cilantro and top it off with a squeeze of lime. A scoop of beans on the side. Yummy!
