Lemon Herb Chicken with Asparagus and Brussel Sprouts

You can adjust this from 1 chicken breast to 6 with this recipe, the only difference is the amount of veggies and marinade. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour Mrs Dash Lemon (i cant remember if its called lemon herb or lemon pepper) it is the liquid marinade, it is salt free, pour over the chicken then take one lemon and slice it in thin slices and lay over the chicken, this will add some real lemon flavor but I also find it helps to keep the chicken moist when I say thin I mean about as thick as a ritz cracker. So layer the chicken with marinade and lemon slices in a baking dish. Now arrange brussel sprouts around the chicken. I use frozen. Then I get a bag of frozen asparagus and lay it over the top of everything. Drizzle more marinade over the veggies and squeeze the juice of one lemon over the veggies, and shake a bit of garlic herb Mrs Dash over it all. Cover with foil and bake at 350. The time depends on how much chicken and how thick the breasts were, between 45 min to an hour.
