Sorry, it's not asap anymore but I use Murray's Sugar Free Shortbread Cookies - 1 package and crush them in a food processor. I have crushed them by hand but it's not as fun and they didn't crush up as much as I liked - or maybe I just didn't have the patience to keep crushing. Anyway, mix with a cube of butter, or any amount that works for you! Then I baked it in the oven for about 10 minutes or so. You can use any flavor cookies to get any flavored crust. Mixed with the butter and baked a little bit, I don't think any kind would be bad!
