This is my first WLS Christmas. Anyone making something special for the Holidays? Want to share recipes? John

This is my first WLS Christmas too. I figure everyone will be eating healthy for the most part since I'm doing the cooking! I'm fixing dinner Christmas Eve and we're having - Miso marinated pork roast mashed potatoes fresh green beans brussel sprouts (my Mom's request) veggie tray SF beet jello salad applesauce homemade rolls Dessert is a SF apple pie and a coconut cream pie from Baker's square. I'm unable to do carbs, they just don't agree with me, so I'll have roast, veggies, and for dessert I'll be having some of the jello salad. Christmas morning is another story, I always fix waffles, so will be doing that again this year for everyone else. I'll also make some sort of egg casserole and have a fresh fruit platter. Jan

Ham, Mocafoni & Cheese (cauliflower & cheese), green beans, & deviled eggs. I will serve rolls for my husband and kid. It is not much, but it sounds great to me!!!

Do you have a recipe for the Mocafoni, Curlysue? It sure sounds interesting and I'm always looking for low-carb recipes. Thanks! Carolyn J.
