Liver Reciped Needed
I am not really a liver lover but I remember my Mom making it growing up. All she did was dredge it is flower that had been seasoned with salt and pepper and brown it on the stove in pam or whatever kind of cooking spray until it was done. She always as traditional served it with onions that she mixed with a bit of curry.

I love liver (and still do unlike some things). I pan brown it and then put sliced onions with some water in the pan and let it cook down til the onions get soft.
Actually though I like chicken livers just as well and you they are softer. You can also make rumaki with them. Take a chicken liver, put a water chesnut and roll up as much as you can to make water chesnut be in the middle of the liver. Put a 1/2 strip of bacon around the liver and secure with a toothpick. Bake in the oven til done. This is a great appetizer or for us a meal item.
And of course chicken liver pate is always good (chopped chicken livers). Mash up cooked chicken liver with onion, hard boiled egg, little beef bouillion and water. Yummm!!!
