Pumpkin Spice Ricotta

1 cup part-skim ricotta ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon ground dried ginger 2 packets of sugar substitute Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve in little desert bowls or min-pumpkins!
